Configuring Slack Alerts

  1. Click the Admin settings (gear), then Recipients. recipients-1.png
  2. Click 'Create Recipi ent Connection', then Slack. recipients-2.png
  3. Enter a name, then click Authorize Slack Recipient. recipients-3.png
  4. Follow the prompts in the Slack window that pops up. You may need to enter a workspace name, sign in, choose a channel, etc.
  5. After clicking Allow, the Slack window will close.
  6. Click Save Recipient.
  7. You can click the Test button to send a test message to Slack.
