Configure Playbooks to route events from your GCP accounts

1. Naviate to the Playbooks section.
2. Click 'Create Playbook'.
3. Click 'Create Blank Playbook'.
4. Enter a name, click Ownership and choose the root project.
5. Next to Add More Filters, click Accounts, then choose your GCP account.
6. In the Action section, choose 'Alert'.
7. For Alert Channel, choose the Slack recipient you created earlier.
8. Click the 'Create Playbook With This Configuration` button.
