RDS DB Instance Does Not Have Multi-AZ Enabled

Overview

Checks if a RDS DB Instance has multi-AZ deployment enabled. In the event of a specific availability zone failure in a single-AZ deployment, Amazon RDS does not have the capability to automatically switch to the standby availability zone. It is recommended to activate multi-AZ deployment for production databases to enhance availability and resilience.
