RDS Instance Backup is not Enabled

Overview

RDS instances have automated backups that can be enabled. Instances without automated backup could be subject to vulnerable data. Data can be easily altered and modified by human error and bad actors. It is recommended to enable backup automation and define a specific retention period that can be periodically tested for backup restoration.
